Artist AJ Wolff professional Graphic Artist and retired Art Teacher, shares her vision of world peace and personal sacred spaces by combining her love of painting and woodworking to create personal Peace Poles in a variety of sizes ranging from desktop to monumental.  Each pole displays unique symbols and hand drawn calligraphic messages repeated in several languages.

 

AJ continually works to find and use materials that are least invasive to our environment and our health. She uses cedar which has a natural resistance to decay and insect attack. It is also unlikely to warp, split, crack, cup or check with age or exposure to the weather. She uses Artistic Acrylic  Colors paint and Artistic Acrylic clear water varnish that are non-toxic and lead-free.
